Two Charged After Suspicious Activity Reported in Orland

ORLAND, Ind. (WOWO): Two people are arrested after suspicious activity was reported in Orland…

The Orland Police Department was called to the Dollar General on SR 120 around 8:00 Thursday morning on report of suspicious activity in the parking lot. During the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for two vehicles there. Items associated with meth-making were found in one. Also found were marijuana, methamphetamine, 2 or more precursors to manufacture meth, and several items of drug paraphernalia. Zebekiah Wheeler, of Orland and Tammy Kimmel, of Hudson were arrested at the scene. According to police, charges are pending on a third suspect.

Police say Wheeler faces charges including the following: Maintaining a common nuisance,  possession of methamphetamine,  manufacturing methamphetamine,  possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana,  and possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine.

Tammy Kimmel, was charged with:  maintaining a common nuisance,  possession of paraphernalia,  and possession of marijuana.
