VIGO COUNTY, Ind (AP) _ Residents of a small western Indiana town across the Wabash River from Terre Haute are using sandbags to shore up a levee in a bid to keep flood waters out of about two dozen homes. 
 
  Dresser resident Tim Hedden estimates about 50 people were working Monday to sandbag the levee and individual homes. Vigo County Emergency Management Agency Deputy Director J.D. Kesler says water is flowing over two spots in a levee. 
 
  Another levee failed along the Wabash west of the town of Prairieton, about 10 miles southwest of Terre Haute. That allowed flood waters to inundate farmland and come close to isolating about two dozen homes.  
 
  The National Weather Service says thunderstorms are forecast to move back into Indiana on Tuesday and continue through early Wednesday.
