FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Two separate shootings took place early yesterday morning. The first happened at East Creighton and Lafayette; the victim is in serious condition at a hospital.  In the second incident, a twenty nine-year-old man was shot at a house near Lake James. Ruben Sanchez, Jr., of Muncie, died at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Police have made two arrests in the second shooting. Mark Hines and Tyler Biggs were both arrested and are being held without bond in the Steuben County Jail. Hines is charged with murder, Biggs, charged with aiding in a murder.
