FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating an incident where an unconscious infant was found in an apartment at the Colony Bay Apartment Complex.

Police got the call to the apartment on Cherri Court just before 1:00 p.m. Friday afternoon. Once police and medics arrived, they found a 22-day old infant in serious condition and was immediately transported from the scene to a local hospital where its condition remained serious.
