FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): As of 8:55 a.m. Thusrday, the Allen County Highway Department reports all county highways that were closed due to high water have REOPENED, including those in Fort Wayne.

There may still be high water signs in the area; however, the Highway Department has reported that all Allen County roads are now open.
