Utility Consumer Advocate Seeks NIPSCO Comments

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Indiana's advocate for utility consumers is seeking comment from Northern Indiana Public Service Co. customers on the utility's plan to modernize much of its electrical network. The company request includes seeking annual rate increases for the $1 billion worth of work. The first increase would be 0.4 percent in 2015.
