BREMEN, Ind. (WOWO) — Authorities say a van crashed into a home early Thursday, leaving at least one person seriously injured.

The crash happened around 1 a.m. on Plymouth Street on the east side of town.

Officials have not released the total number of people hurt or the full extent of injuries.

A medical helicopter was called to transport at least one person to the hospital.

Investigators noted skid marks on the lawn and damage to nearby trees, but the home itself appeared largely unscathed.
