FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A routine traffic stop turned into a police chase early Monday morning. Police were trying to pull a vehicle over on Paulding Rd. near Abbott a little after 3:00 Monday morning. But, according to our partners in news at 21 Alive, the driver took off, trying to turn onto Abbott, but ended up crashing into a house. No one was home at the time of the accident, and police say alcohol was possibly a factor.
