STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Rescue workers had to free two people from a crash in Steuben County Monday.

This after the van they were riding in rolled on the Indiana Toll Road near mile marker 133 not far from Orland.

Authorities say sleet and freezing rain made road conditions poor. The two were taken to a local hospital.
