FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – The victims injured in the home on Homestead Road have been identified.

71-year-old Sandra S. Ruse is listed as in stable condition. 75-year-old Gene L. Ruse is in critical condition.
Sandra and Gene were both victims of a battery that took place in their home.
The Ruses are parents of Scott Ruse, the suspect arrested in Whitley County after a brief vehicle pursuit.
The vehicle that Scott Ruse was driving belonged to his parents and was stolen from their home.
