WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): It's 8 years in prison for a Warsaw man found in a motel with a 14 year-old girl.

Investigators were called to the Super 8 Motel on Frontage Road in April after the teenager's grandfather walked in and found the two engaged in a sex act. Christopher Allen Jr. was arrested for felony sexual misconduct with a minor. The teen told police it wasn't the first time and that the two had met up at several hotels around Warsaw.

Allen was considered a family friend.
