FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A major construction project that affected traffic for over a week has come to an end.
Officials say West Jefferson Boulevard near Catalpa Street and just east of Rockhill Park is back open to all traffic.
Throughout last week, the roadway was down to one lane in each direction or partially shut down while crews repaired pavement in the area.
The Journal Gazette says damage to the road, caused by winter weather, was so bad that crews had to pour new concrete.
Officials remind motorists that potholes can be reported by calling 311.
