INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): The holiday forecast has snow in store for Hoosier travelers. Indiana-based National Weather Service Meteorologist John Kwiatkowski says a low pressure system is heading toward Indiana.
That will likely bring strong winds and the possibility of snowfall during the middle of next week. He says it‘s too early to say how much snow Indiana will see, but it should be a White Christmas. Kwiatkowski says inclement weather will present a challenge for travelers.
He says the safest time to travel will likely be before Wednesday. He says the system could change, but harsher conditions should come on Christmas eve.
Temperatures during the middle of next week should be in the mid-30s during the day and 20s at night.
