Wind Chill WARNING Cancelled, Wind Chill ADVIOSRY in Effect

INDIANA, (WOWO): The National Weather Service has cancelled the wind chill WARNING for northern Indiana and changed it to a wind chill ADVISORY. The advisory will remain in effect until 9:00 a.m., Wednesday morning.

Deadly wind chills between 15 below and 20 below zero can be expected Tuesday evening. Frost bite and hypothermia can occur quickly with these expected wind chills.
