Woman Shot Dead After Son’s Graduation

PRINCETON, Ind. (AP): A southwestern Indiana police chief says a man fatally shot a woman as she approached a restaurant with her 13-year-old son following the boy’s eighth-grade graduation. Princeton Police Chief W.W. George says the shooting occurred Wednesday afternoon outside Los Aztecas Mexican Grill in Princeton, about 25 miles north of Evansville.
