IU Sorority Apologizes for `Homeless’ Party

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WOWO): An Indiana University sorority is apologizing for throwing a party that made fun of the homeless amid criticism from advocates who say the theme was insensitive. Kappa Delta president Aubrey McMahon apologized on the chapter’s website and called the choice of themes “a poor one” that does not meet the sorority’s values.
