WOODBURN, Ind. (WOWO):  Indiana Michigan Power worked through the night to return service to about 360 Woodburn residents without power, but it hasn't been completely restored.

As of Sunday morning, about 383 customers are without power in Allen County.  You can view the outage list by clicking here.

In total around 1,600 customers were without power early Saturday morning.  Harsh winter weather is causing I&M to take special power routing procedures, including redirecting the flow from different circuits.  The bulk of the affected customers are along Woodburn Rd. between US24 and the Ohio state line.

I&M expects service to all customers to be restored by 3 p.m. Sunday.
