KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (WOWO):A 76-year-old Kendallville woman was arrested Monday yesterday after police say she allowed prostitution in a spa she owned and operated.
Officers from multiple agencies began investigating after they received reports that money was being exchanged for sexual acts at Kendallville Health Spa, 901 W. North St.
The health spa is owned by Yie Sun Kim Tolley. She was booked into Noble County Jail and charged with promoting prostitution, corrupt business influence, theft and three counts of tax evasion.
Police say she has since bonded out.
One of Tolley’s employees, Yo Chin Cohoon, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with prostitution.
Police got a search warrant during Cohoon’s arrest and found various items related to criminal activity.
