New Snow Plows Ready to Roll for Allen County

New equipment to help keep the county roads clear when the snow starts to fall this winter was unveiled today by the Allen County Board of Commissioners and the County highway department.

Ten new trucks equipped to remove snow more quickly and efficiently were recently purchased by the department. The trucks have increased fuel efficiency of at least 25 percent and comply with the Federal Clean Air Act.
