WOODBURN, Ind (WOWO): Police have arrested the owner of a Steuben County business.  41-year-old Christy Jackson owns the Little Hippie stores in Angola and in Bronson, Michigan.  She was taken into custody at her Woodburn home and has been charged with dealing a controlled substance, a class C felony.  Last week, both of the stores were raided and a 19-year-old was arrested at the Angola store.
