FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A Fort Wayne man has been formally charged after being accused of cutting off his girlfriend’s hair in front of their 2-year-son.  The Journal-Gazette says 40-year-old Otis Reed is charged with intimidation, criminal recklessness and domestic battery, stemming from the April 25th incident.  The woman reportedly begged for her life as the child watched Reed cut off her hair.  He was jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.
