ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The Allen County Coroner has identified a man killed in a traffic accident Tuesday morning. 83-year-old Wilbur Cox, of Bryan, Ohio, was driving a vehicle that hit a stopped semi on State Road 37, north of Irving Road around 6:30 A.M. Cox died yesterday at Parkview Regional. His death has been ruled an accident. The cause of death is blunt force trauma. Cox is the 28th traffic fatality for Fort Wayne and Allen County this year.
