NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): You might remember we told you about a proposed ordinance in New Haven for golf carts to be allowed on city streets. Last night, the City Council voted 4-7 to go forward with the proposed law. The council will vote again later this month. According to The Journal Gazette, the law would include restrictions like the number and age of people allowed on golf carts, and what lights must be included on them.
