Man Steals Vehicle, Crashes into Home and Police Car, Admits to Smoking Spice

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A man was taken into custody Thursday night after stealing a vehicle and crashing into a home and police car with it. Just before 8:00 Thursday night, Fort Wayne Police Officers were called to a vehicle theft at Ricker's Gas Station at Lima Road and Carroll Road. It was reported that 38-year-old Brian Isaac had stolen a woman's SUV. According to police, shortly after, Isaac, who admitted to police to having smoked Spice and taken muscle relaxers, ran into a home on Carroll Road and then hit the police car of an officer responding to the incident. Isaac resisted arrest, and police used a stun gun on him.
