FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): James Wagner of Fort Wayne was busted Friday morning for dealing marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Fort Wayne police and narcotics teams served a search warrant at 4002 Enola Court, after receiving information that someone at the home was dealing marijuana.

During the search officers found over 300 grams of marijuana, over one gram of hashish along with drug paraphernalia. Police also found one rifle and one pistol.

Wagner was arrested on three counts of dealing marijuana, one count of felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  

He is currently being held on a $13,250.00 bond.
