FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): One woman is arrested after a home investigation. Just before 10 Friday morning, Fort Wayne Police served a warrant on Putnam Street. 31-year-old Michelle Felts was charged with possession of meth and meth-related objects. Police are still investigating, and we'll have more details as they become available.
