WOODBURN, Ind, (WOWO): Power has been restored to all Woodburn-area customers of Indiana Michigan Power.

I&M crews worked through the night to install a temporary transformer in a substation, restoring power to the remaining 223 customers by 8:45 a.m. Sunday.
