FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): In order to pour concrete for the repair of Jefferson Boulevard near the viaduct at Catalpa Street, traffic will be reduced to one westbound lane around 12:30 p.m., today.  

A temporary detour for eastbound traffic will use Freeman Street to Taylor Street to Broadway and back to Jefferson.
