“Rep. Heuer Pleased with Road Funding Figures”

INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): State Representative Kathy Heuer, of Columbia City, issued the following statement in response to House Bill 1002, which deals with road funding, after passing the House of Representatives.

STATEHOUSE – “I am pleased that our agenda bill, House Bill 1002, passed. This bill will allow Indiana to leverage up to $1.6 billion in federal funds to expand and improve our state’s infrastructure. Having a superior statewide transportation system is crucial to Indiana’s economy and future growth. House Bill 1002 has the potential to bring thousands of jobs to our community.”
