Gay Marriage, Tax Cuts Dominate 2014 Session

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Indiana lawmakers have ended their 2014 session. A broad package of business tax cuts, a preschool pilot program and new money for transportation will go to Governor Mike Pence's desk after the session was closed last night. The preschool program only will fund children from low-income families in five counties and not the whole state.
