KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Yesterday afternoon, 20-year-old Raymond Ramos of Pierceton was arrested and charged with allegedly dealing marijuana to undercover officers. Police say that undercover units made previous purchases of marijuana from Ramos, and he's currently being held in the Kosciusko County Jail.
