Fort Wayne Ind. (WOWO): Two people were arrested after attacking a pregnant woman and reports say only one of them was formally charged.
According to the Journal Gazette, the woman said 22-year-old Precious U. King and another man were involved in dragging her from her truck after a traffic accident. Few details were released about their confrontation however, the woman told police the men then proceeded to beat her.
The woman was apparently seven months pregnant and suffered from severe bruises and stomach pain.
King was charged with causing bodily injury to a pregnant woman. Charges were dismissed for the other man in Allen County Superior Court after documents revealed that he told police, King was the one who struck the woman.
