Winter Storm Watch for LaGrange County to Begin Wednesday Afternoon

LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The National Weather Service has already issued a Winter Storm Watch for LaGrange County. It will go into effect Wednesday afternoon and remain in effect until Thursday night.


Forecasters say lake effect snow showers COULD bring 4-8 inches of snow. The snow showers will rapidly develop late Wednesday afternoon and intensify Wednesday night into Thursday.


Winds gusts of 15 to 30 mph can be expected through the watch period.


Other Indiana counties that will be under the Winter Storm Watch include: LaPorte, Elkhart and St. Joseph.
