NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): The Indiana Horse Racing Commission is working alongside a new Brewpub betting establishment in New Haven. 

After a $3 million investment at the Lutheran Health Plaza, Winner's Circle Brewpub & OTB has had two successful soft openings for nearly 700 people.

The Journal Gazette reports Winner's Circle will officially open this Saturday on 1204 Minnich Road in New Haven.

The Commission approved the 8,300-square-food brewpub in December 2013.

The Brewpub includes a smoking and non-smoking area, and will be open seven days a week. There's room for 220 people and offers full restaurant service. 

According to the Journal Gazette, guests can bet on tracks in Indiana, Florida, California, Canada, Australia and, once a year, in Dubai.
