FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Charges have been filed against two additional people in the case of woman who yelled at a Fort Wayne public safety officer inside the IHOP restaurant on Coldwater Road.
Dustin Sunderland was charged this week after he took a video of the incident on his cell phone. The video went viral and according to our partners in news at 21Alive, gained millions of views. Sunderland faces charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and driving while suspended.
Nikkole Baker was also in the group and was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.
On Sunday, April 12th, 42-year-old Shanna Hancock yelled at a public safety officer at the IHOP and was asked to leave. She was with a group at the time, and was seen insulting and yelling very loudly at the officer. After a few minutes of resisting the officer, Hancock was arrested.
Sunderland managed to record the entire incident on his cell phone.
Hancock faces a felony charge of Battery Against a Public Safety Officer, along with misdemeanor charges of Resisting Law Enforcement, Public Intoxication, and Disorderly Conduct. She missed her first scheduled court date, and stood in front of a judge earlier this week.
