FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Police Department is hosting the 1st ever “Light it up BLUE” 5k Walk/Run to benefit the Northeast Indiana Autism Connection. 

The event seeks to raise awareness about autism in Fort Wayne's multicultural communities. The walk/run will take place at Foster Park. Registration begins at 8:30 AM Saturday with the walk taking place starting at 9 AM. 

Registration is $10 and it includes a shirt on a first come, first served basis.
