Red Cross Opening Decatur Emergency Shelter

DECATUR, Ind. (WOWO): The American Red Cross of Northeast Indiana is opening an emergency shelter in Decatur. 

It will open at 1 PM at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church on Madison Street in Decatur. 

20 homes in the Stratton Park area of Decatur are being evacuated due to flooding. 

Anyone coming to the shelter is asked to bring pillows, personal hygiene products, and any required medications.
