INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Washington County Prosecutor Dustin Houchin will lead the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council. Houchin will replace outgoing chairman Jarrod Holtsclaw of Greene County. Indiana's prosecutors worked with state lawmakers on a sweeping overhaul of the state's criminal sentencing rules that was recently approved by the General Assembly.
