Indiana Legal Services Head Announces Retirement

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): One of the nation's longest serving directors of a legal aid organization is retiring from Indiana Legal Services next March. Norman Metzger has been the executive director of the not-for-profit law firm for 44 years. The Larwill native expanded Indiana Legal Services from operating only in Marion County to the largest poverty law firm in the state.
