NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): One of eight men who were arrested for public indecency at an Allen County public access site in October has resigned from his teaching job at East Allen County Schools. 

The school board accepted the resignation of New Haven Middle School teacher Darryl Springer this week, according to our partners in news at 21Alive. 

He was one of eight men who allegedly exposed themselves and fondled plain-clothes officers at the public access site in Woodburn off of U.S. 24. 

Springer and the others are charged with public indecency, battery, and public nudity.
