FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum has issued a Traffic Advisory for Coliseum Boulevard, Parnell Avenue and other roadways surrounding the complex for Thursday, December 3, in conjunction with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert. 

The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. and there will be no opening act. With the current lane restrictions on Clinton Street, roadways near the complex will likely be congested from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again from 10:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Thursday. Event attendees are encouraged to leave plenty of time for travel to the building as a result of the traffic congestion.
