UPDATE: Father Charged with Abusing Infant Son has Initial Hearing

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man is facing felony neglect and battery after allegedly abusing his two month old baby.

Late last month the non-responsive boy was rushed to local hospital. That's where doctors found bleeding on his brain and other issues. 

27-year-old Larry Noland faces appear tomorrow in Allen County Superior Court for an initial hearing.

According to the Journal-Gazette, a doctor told authorities he found recent bruising and broken ribs and not accidental.

According to court documents the doctor told police, the baby was shaken.
