Wanted sex offender surrenders to Steuben County police

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A manhunt for a wanted sex offender in Steuben County has ended.

Just before 8am today, 33-year-old Levi Tink of Hudson turned himself in to authorities after a two day joint fugitive investigation by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office and a US Marshals taskforce. A warrant was issued for Tink on January 25th after he failed to register as a sex offender, which is a level 6 felony.

He was booked into the Steuben County Jail and remains there in lieu of a $3,000 bond.
