FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man will spend the next 24 years in prison after admitting to sexually abusing his daughter.

The 44-year-old, who isn’t being named to protect the victim’s identity, was sentenced to 30 years with six years suspended for incest and sexually abusing his own daughter.

He pleaded guilty to molesting his daughter a number of times over the years, starting in the 1990s when she was four years old, and ending when she moved away in 2013, before later getting her drunk and having sex with her in December 2014.

The plea deal he made with prosecutors got ten additional charges against him thrown out, according to the Journal Gazette.
