Allen County, IN (WOWO):  An accident involving a semi trailer has caused a fuel spill leading to closing a section of State Road 14 around 2:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon.  The Road will be closed on State Road 14 between S 600 E and S 700 E for approximately tow hours.  Please avoid area if possible.
