FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Nobody was hurt in a fire at a Fort Wayne motel last night.

The Fort Wayne Fire Department was called to the Regency Inn on West Coliseum Blvd at about 6:15pm Wednesday after smoke and fire were both reported in a storage area on the second floor.

The fire itself was located in an outside wall and was brought under control within a half-hour.

Minor damage was done, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
