The Allen County Ethics Commission is still looking into the compliant filed against the Allen County councilman.  As you may recall, it’s in regards to a traffic stop that happened last June. That’s when Moss was suspected of driving under the influence, however, he was “released” after he called Sheriff Ken Fires.
