STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind (WOWO)_20-year-old Jerad Pease of Pleasant Lake was a witness in Zao Burrell’s murder trial. He was arrested Tuesday for allegedly using Facebook to threaten another witness in the case, Michael Forrester.

Pease posted the following comments: “Michael Forrester is a dead man walking! he don’t even know!” and  “…zao didn’t do it!!! Michael Forrester did it!!! but don’t worry Michael is going to get his…”

Pease was formally charged Wednesday following an Angola Police Department investigation. He’s charged with two Class D felonies of intimidation with bond set at $10,000.

The case will go through Steuben Circuit Court where a pre-trial conference is scheduled for May 6th.
