FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO) Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man who was convicted in connection with injuries found on his girlfriend’s 2-year-old son.  Our news partners at 21 Alive tell us that back in February of 2012, Holly Brooks took her 2-year-old son to the hospital after the boy had suffered a seizure. Brooks and her boyfriend, Amilcar Estrada were arrested after doctors found the boy had three brain hemorrhages, along with burns and other marks.  An arrest warrant was issued for Estrada after he failed to appear in court Thursday morning.
