FORT RECOVERY, Ohio (WOWO): An Adams County man faces charges in Ohio accusing him of tampering and safe cracking.

34 year old Brian Harper of Geneva was arrested in Fort Recovery in Mercer County, Ohio early Sunday morning during a routine patrol. 

Officials there say Harper was at the Fort Recovery Car Wash on South Elm Street at a little before 6 a.m. A coin machine was reportedly found in the back seat of his vehicle, and our partners in news at 21Alive are reporting that officers are waiting for a search warrant to search the rest of his vehicle. 

Harper is being held on a felony safe cracking charge and two misdemeanors, but more charges are expected.
